How to Request a Refund
Please include as much information on the purchase as possible to help us locate the purchase quickly for you. It ideally includes:

  • The order number – This can be found in the receipt sent by email at the time of purchase or while logged into your account from your Order History
  • Your username and the email address attached to your account
  • The amount of the purchase (in PKR)
  • The date and time the charge was made
