یہ ایک ناقابل انکار حقیقت ہے کہ آج اس کائنات میں قرآن شریف کے سوا کوئی ایسی کتاب موجود نہیں ہے ،جسے پوری قطعیت اور یقین کے ساتھ الہامی قرار دیا جاسکےیہ شرف محض قرآن مقدس ہی کو حاصل ہے ۔قرآن مجید کی تعلیمات پر عمل سے امت کو بلندی حاصل ہوئی ہے اور اس سے غفلت برتنے سے پستی کا سامنا کرنا پڑتا ہے۔امت مسلمہ کی موجودہ ذلت ورسوائی کا سبب بھی یہی ہے کہ آج افراد امت نے قرآن حکیم کو پس پشت ڈال رکھا ہے۔قرآن سے اعراض اور بے التفاتی ہی کا ایک مظہر یہ ہے کہ اسے سمجھنے کو کوشش نہیں کی جاتی بلکہ محض الفاظ کی تلاوت پر ہی اکتفا کیا جاتا ہے یوں یہ قرآن سے دوری کا مظہر بھی ہے اور سبب بھی کہ جب تک قرآن کے معانی سے واقفیت نہیں ہو گی اس سے تعلق بھی استوار نہیں ہو سکتا۔المختصر تعلق بالقرآن کے لیے اس کے مفاہیم سے با خبر ہونا ضروری ہے ۔اس کے لیے جناب حافظ صلاح الدین یوسف حفظہ اللہ کے زیر نظر ترجمہ قرآن کا مطالعہ بہت مفید ثابت ہو گا جو معانی القرآن الکریم کے نام سے پیش کیا گیا ہے۔اس میں لفظی ترجمے کا انداز اختیار کیا گیا ہے ،جس سے الفاظ قرآنی کا مفہوم سمجھنے میں آسانی رہتی ہے۔ -

احسن الحواشی قرآن مجید کا اردو زبان میں نہایت جامع، خوبصورت اور سلیس ترجمہ ہے۔ اس ترجمے کو لکھنے والیے حافظ صلاح الدین یوسف کسی بھی تعارف کے محتاج نہیں کہ انکا مشہور ترجمہ احسن البیان ہر دل عزیز ہے۔ اس ترجمے میں حافظ صلاح الدین یوسف صاحب نے ہر حاشیہ کو اُسی صفحہ پر ختم کیا ہے جس پر وہ لکھا گیا ہے اور یہ مشکل کام اس قدر جامعیت سے موصوف ہی کر سکتے تھے۔ اس ترجمے کو دو رنگوں کے ساتھ خوبصورت جلد میں پیش کیا جا رہا ہے۔
