ہمارے ہاں بغیر کسی صریح دلیل کے علی الاعلان کہاجاتا ہے کہ عورت کی نماز کا طریقہ مردوں سےمختلف ہےجبکہ اس موقف کے ثبوت کے لیے کوئی حتمی اور یقننی دلیل بھی فراہم نہیں کی جاتی-دین اسلام اللہ تعالی کی طرف سے نازل کردہ ہے اور اس میں کسی بھی قسم کی کمی وبیش کا اختیار نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس بھی نہیں تھا تو ایک عام آدمی کو دین کے معاملے میں گفتگو کرتے وقت محتاط رویہ اختیار کرنا چاہیے-عورت اور مرد کی نماز کی ادائیگی میں بہت سارے فرق بیان کیے جاتے ہیں مثال کے طور پر عورت قیام کی حالت میں اپنے ہاتھ سینے پر باندھے کی جبکہ مرد سینے سے نیچے باندھے کأ اور اس کی دلیل کیا ہے؟یہ کوئی بھی پیش نہیں کرتا-اسی طرح عورت رکوع ،سجدے اور تشہد میں بیٹھنے میں فرق ہے لیکن اس کے ثبوت کے لیے قرآن وسنت سے کوئی صریح دلیل پیش نہیں کی جاتی-اس حوالے سے پائے جانے شبہات کا ازالے کے لیے حافظ صلاح الدین یوسف صاحب نے زیر نظر کتاب میں قلم اٹھایا ہے- انہوں نے اس حوالے سے چھپنے والے مضامین اور کتابچوں کا تفصیلی جواب دیتے ہوئے کتاب و سنت، آثار صحابہ اور اقوال تابعین کی روشنی میں ثابت کیاہے کہ مرد وعورت کی نماز میں کوئی فرق نہیں ہے- انہوں نے آئمہ اربعہ اور دیگر علماء کرام کی رائے کو سامنے رکھتے ہوئے اپنے موقف کو پیش کیا ہے ۔
