It was said to him: `Why are you weeping?` He replied: `I am weeping due to my lapses in the days that have passed and the small number of deeds that I performed seeking the lofty Paradise. -

While some religions have been based on books, claimed by their adherents to be divinely inspired, others have relied solely on human experience. There was a time, in the history of world civilization, when `miracles`, or what was perceived to be a miracle, took precedence over human reason and logic. But how do we define the term `miracle`? A miracle is anything that takes place out of the normal course of life and for which humankind has no explanation. However, we must be careful before we accept something as a miracle. An article in `The Times of India`, Mumbai, in 1993 reported that `a saint` by the name `Baba Pilot` claimed to have stayed continuously submerged under water in a tank for three consecutive days and nights. However, when reporters wanted to examine the base of the tank of water where he claimed to have performed this `miraculous` feat, he refused to let them do so. He argued by asking as to how one could examine the womb of a mother that gives birth to a child. The `Baba` was hiding something. It as a gimmick simply to gain publicity. Surely, no modern man with even the slightest inkling towards rational thinking would accept such a `miracle`. If such false miracles are the tests of divinity, then we would have to accept Mr. P.C. Sorcar, the world-famous magician known for his ingenious magical tricks and illusions, as the best god-man. A book, claiming Divine origin, is in effect, claiming to be a miracle. Such a claim should be easily verifiable in any age, according to the standards of that age. Muslims believe, that the Qur`an is the last and final revelation of God, the miracle of miracles revealed as a mercy to humankind. Let us therefore investigate the veracity of this belief. -

But even good translator always finds it difficult to translate the special terms from Arabic. A cursory look at the translation of various Islamic works would reveal the discrepancies between the Arabic text and its translation, on one hand, and the different renderings of the same Arabic terms by different translators or even by the same translator at different times. Amongst the countless blessings which Almighty Allah has bestowed upon the Muslims is that He has preserved their religion for them and provided the appropriate means for Islam to be safeguarded and preserved, in that He has raised erudite scholars through whom the Sunnah of the Noble Prophet, Muhammad ibn Abdullah صلّی الله علیهِ وآلهِ وسلم, the seal of the prophets صلّی الله علیهِ وآلهِ وسلم, has been preserved. One of the scholars through whom Allah preserved the Sunnah was Imaam Ahmad ibn Hanbal (Rahimahullah), and one of the books that he wrote to preserve the Sunnah is al-Musnad, which is one of the major collections of the noble Sunnah.Muslim scholars, particularly hadeeth scholars, were keen on ahaadeeth with few narrators between the hadeeth reporter and the Prophet صلّی الله علیهِ وآلهِ وسلم. In fact, Imaam Ahmad reported more than three hundred `thulaathiyyaat`, ahaadeeth with only three narrators between him and the Prophet صلّی الله علیهِ وآلهِ وسلم. These ahaadeeth were collected from al-Musnad by Shaikh Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Saalim as-Saffaareenee al-Hanbalee (Rahimahullah) in a separate book.This example clearly points to the great care shown by hadeeth scholar to the Prophet`s Sunnah, as they were keen to compile the Sunnah with the soundest chains of narrators (isnaad) and convey it in the easiest manner possible, from leading scholars of hadeeth who were of extremely good character and who approached the reports with accuracy and deep knowledge, in compliance with to the Prophet`s instructions: `Convey [whatever you learn] from me. even if it is just one verse.` (Narrated by al-Bukhaaree)

دین وشریعت کی دعوت اور تفہیم کے لیے بلا مبالغہ لا کھوں کتابیں لکھی گئیں جن سے ہزاروں کتب خانے تیار ہوئے مگر قرآن مجید اور احادیث کے متون کے بعد جو قبولیت کتاب التوحید کو ملی ہے،وہ ایک مسلمہ تاریخی حقیقت بن چکی ہے یہ کتاب بارہویں صدی ہجری کے مجدد کامل امام الدعوۃ محمد بن عبدالوھاب رحمۃاللہ علیہ کے قلم کا شاہکار ہے –ان کی متعدد کتب ورسائل میں یہ ایک گل سرسبد کی حیثیت رکھتی ہے-اس کے مطالعہ سے حقیقت توحید واضح ہوتی ہے عمل کی راہیں کشادہ ہوتی ہیں اور شرک وبدعات کے جھاڑجھنکار ۔۔۔۔ توحید کیا ہے اور اس کے مطالبات کیا ہیں؟اس کتاب کا مطالعہ دینی زندگی کے اس سب سے بڑے اور سنجیدہ سوال کا جواب فراہم کرتا ہے-اس کے مطالعہ سے اس موضوع سے متعلق جملہ اشکالات کا ازالہ ہو جاتا ہے دارالسلام نے اپنے منہج تحقیق کے مطابق بہت سے متون سے ایک مستند متن تیار کرایا، اس کے حوالوں کی تخریج کی اور اردو زبان کے شستہ پرائے اور شگفتہ اسلوب میں اسے قلم بند کیا-اس کتاب اور موضوع کا یہ حق ہے کہ اِسے خود پڑھا جائے اور دوسروں کو مطالعے کے لیے پیش کیا جائے -
تمام انبیاء کرام ایک ہی پیغام اورایک ہی دعوت لےکر آئےکہ لوگو! صرف اللہ کی عبادت کرو او راس کےسوا تمام معبودوں سےبچو۔تمام انبیاء کرام سالہاسال تک مسلسل اس فریضہ کو سرانجام دیتے رہے انھوں نے اس پیغام کو پہنچانےکےلیے اس قدر تکالیف برداشت کیں کہ جسکا کوئی انسان تصور بھی نہیں کرسکتاہے ۔ حضرت نوح نے ساڑے نوسوسال کلمۂ توحید کی طرف لوگوں کودعوت دی ۔ اور اللہ کے آخری رسول سید الانبیاء خاتم النبین حضرت محمد مصطفیٰ ﷺ نےبھی عقید ۂ توحید کی دعوت کے لیے کس قدر محنت کی اور اس فریضہ کو سر انجام دیا کہ جس کے بدلے آپ ﷺ کو طرح طرح کی تکالیف ومصائب سے دوچار ہوناپڑا۔ عقیدہ توحید کی تعلیم وتفہیم کے لیے جہاں نبی کریم ﷺ او رآپ کے صحابہ کرا م نے بے شمار قربانیاں دیں اور تکالیف کو برداشت کیا وہاں علمائے اسلام نےبھی دن رات اپنی تحریروں اور تقریروں میں اس کی اہمیت کو خوب واضح کیا ۔ہنوز یہ سلسلہ جاری وساری ہے۔ زیر تبصرہ کتاب ’’ کتاب التوحید مترجم ‘‘ امام محمد بن سلیمان التمیمی کی عقیدہ توحید پر تصنیف شدہ کتاب التوحید کااردو ترجمہ ہےاردو ترجمہ کی سعاد ابو عبداللہ محمد سورتی نے حاصل کی ۔کتاب وسنت سائٹ پرشیخ الاسلام محمد بن عبدالوہاب کی عقیدہ توحید پر مشہور کتاب کتاب التوحیداور اس موضوع پر دیگر کئی کتب موجود ہیں لیکن کتاب ہذا موجود نہ تھی لہذا فادۂ عام او راسے محفوظ کرنے کی خاطر اسے بھی سائٹ پر پبلش کیا گیا ہے۔

سلام مسلمانوں سے صرف دو باتوں کا مطالبہ کرتا ہے۔ پہلی یہ کہ اس کے دل کا یقین ٹھیک ہو، یعنی وہ اللہ تعالیٰ کے علاوہ کسی کو اپنا معبود، مسجود، مقصود، مشکل کشا اور حاجت روا نہ مانے۔ اور دوسری بات یہ کہ اس کی پوری زندگی حسن عمل کی آئینہ دار ہو، یعنی وہ ہر قسم کے شرک و بدعت سے بلکل پاک ہو، اور اُس کے ہر کام اور اقدام میں سنت رسول اللہ ﷺ کا نو چمک رہا ہو۔ امام ابن تیمیہ اسلام کی ان مایہ ناز ہستیوں میں سے ایک ہیں جو ہمارے دین ، ہمارے علوم، ہماری تہذیب اور ہماری تاریخ کا وقار اور اعتبار تھے۔ انہوں نے ایک طرف تاتا ریوں کے خلاف علم جہاد بلند کیا اور دوسری طرف اپنے علوم عالیہ سے مسلمانوں کی فکری صحت و سلامتی کا عظیم الشان کام انجام دیا اور طرح طرح کی فکری گمراہیوں اور بدعتوں کا سدِ باب کیا۔ امام موصوف کی معروف کتاب `اقتضاع الصراط المستقیم` ان کی انھی نادر خوبیوں کا مرقع ہے۔ یہ کتاب ایک طرف اللہ کی ذات عالی پر ایمان کو مضبوط بناتی ہے اور دوسری طرف مسلمانوں کو ہر قسم کی فکری لغزشوں اور عملی گمراہیوں سے خبردار کر کے ان پر قران و سنت کی راہ روشن کردیتی ہے۔ اس کتاب کی اسی اہمیت کے پیش نظر `دارالسلام` اسے اُردو کے قالب میں `فکر و عقیدہ کی گمراہیاں اور صراط مستقیم کے تقاضے` کے عنوان سے پیش کر رہا ہے۔ زندگی کو صحیح معنوں میں اسلام کے مطابق بنانے کے لیے اس کتاب کا مطالعہ ضروری ہے۔

شرک ایک ایسی لعنت ہے جو انسان کوجہنم کے گڑھے میں پھینک دیتی ہے قرآن کریم میں شرک کوبہت بڑا ظلم قرار دیا گیا ہے اور شرک ایسا گناہ کہ اللہ تعالی انسان کے تمام گناہوں کو معاف کردیں گے لیکن شرک جیسے عظیم گناہ کو معاف نہیں کریں گے ۔شرک اس طرح انسانی عقل کوماؤف کردیتا ہےکہ انسان کوہدایت گمراہی اور گمراہی ہدایت نظر آتی ہے ۔نیز شرک اعمال کو ضائع وبرباد کرنے والا اور ثواب سے محروم کرنے والا ہے ۔ پہلی قوموں کی تباہی وبربادی کاسبب شرک ہی تھا۔ چنانچہ جس کسی نے بھی محبت یا تعظیم میں اللہ کے علاوہ کسی کواللہ کے برابر قرار دیا یا ملت ابراہیمی کے مخالف نقوش کی پیروی کی وہ مشرک ہے۔تردید شرک اور اثبات کےسلسلے میں اہل علم نے تحریر اور تقریری صورت میں بےشمار خدمات انجام دیں۔ ماضی میں شیخ الاسلام محمد بن الوہاب کی اشاعت توحید کےسلسلے میں خدمات بڑی اہمیت کی حامل ہیں ۔شیخ الاسلام ،مجدد العصر محمد بن عبد الوہاب کی شخصیت کسی تعارف کی محتاج نہیں ہے۔آپ ایک متبحر عالم دین،قرآن وحدیث اور متعدد علوم وفنون میں یگانہ روز گار تھے۔آپ نے اپنی ذہانت وفطانت اور دینی علوم پر استدراک کے باعث اپنے زمانے کے بڑے بڑے علماء دین کو متاثر کیا اور انہیں اپنا ہم خیال بنایا۔آپ نے قرآن وسنت کی توضیحات کے ساتھ ساتھ شرک وبدعات کے خلاف علمی وعملی دونوں میدانوں میں زبر دست جہاد کیا۔آپ متعدد کتب کے مصنف ہیں۔جن میں سے ایک کتاب (کتاب التوحید) ہے۔مسائل توحید پر یہ آپ کی بہترین کتابوں میں سے ایک ہے،اور سند وقبولیت کے اعتبار سے اس کا درجہ بہت بلند ہے۔علماء کا اس بات پر اتفاق ہ کہ اسلام میں توحید کے موضوع پرکتاب التوحید جیسی کوئی کتاب نہیں لکھی گئی۔یہ کتاب توحید کی طرف دعوت دینے والی ہے ۔ایک طویل مدت سے دنیائے علم میں اس کی اشاعت جاری ہے اور اب تک عرب وعجم میں کروڑوں بے راہروں کو ہدایت کا راستہ دکھانے اور انہیں کفر وضلالت کے اندھیروں سے نکال کر توحید کی روشنی میں لانے کا فریضہ ادا کر چکی ہے۔ اس کتاب کی اہمیت کے افادیت کے پیشِ نظر متعد د اہل علم نےاس کی شروحات بھی لکھی ہیں اور کئی علماء نے اس کتاب کےمتعد د زبانوں میں ترجمہ بھی کیا ہے۔اردو زبان میں بھی اس کےمتعدد علماء نےترجمے کیے جسے سعودی حکومت اور اشاعتی اداروں نے لاکھوں کی تعداد میں شائع کر کے فری تقسیم کیا ہے۔ زیر تبصرہ کتاب ’’غایۃ المرید فی شرح کتاب التوحید‘‘ بھی کتاب التوحید کی ایک عربی شرح کا ترجمہ ہے۔ یہ شرح سعودی عرب کی اہم شخصیت شیخ صالح بن عبد العزیز بن محمد ابراہیم اٰل الشیخ کی تحریر کردہ ہے -
یقیناً قیامت بہت بڑی حقیقت ہے جو ارشاد ربانی کے مطابق واقع ہو کر رہے گی۔ اس دن سب انسان دوبارہ زندہ کردیئے جائیں گے۔ پھر سب کشاں کشاں آئیں گے اور حشر کے ہجوم و ہیجان میں اپنے اپنے اعمال کا حساب دیں گے۔ زیرِ نظر کتاب اسی حقیقت عظمیٰ کی یاد دہانی اور فکر آخرت کے لیے لکھی گئی ہے اس میں قران کریم اور احادیث رسول ﷺ کی روشنی میں بتایا گیا ہے کہ قیامت کا دن کیسا ہوگا؟ اس دن کتنی زبردست وحشت، گھبراہٹ اور ہولناکی چھائی ہوئی ہوگی؟ لوگ پلِ صراط سے کس طرح گزریں گے۔ جنتی لوگ کتنے خوش و خرم ہوں گے اور کافروں ، مشرکوں اور بدکاروں کا کیا انجام ہوگا۔ اس کتاب میں قیامت کے دن رسوائی سے بچنے اور جنت میں جانے کے آسان طریقے بتائے گئے ہیں۔ ہر مسلمان بہن بھائی کو اپنی آخرت سنوارنے کے لیے اس کا مطالعہ ضرور کرنا چاہیے۔

عیسائیت ،تجزیہ ومطالعہ اپنے موضوع پر ایک بہترین کتاب ہے جس میں عیسائیت کی تعلیمات کو بڑی تفصیل کے ساتھ پیش کرتے ہوئے اسلامی تعلیمات کے ساتھ موازنہ پیش کر کے عیسائیت کو دین اسلام کی دعوت دی گئی ہے اور کتاب کا ہر صفحہ دلائل کا انبار لگائے عیسائی دنیا کو راہ ہدایت کی طرف پکار رہاہے-مصنف نے اپنی کتاب میں عیسائیت کے سارے چنیدہ مسائل کو زیر بحث لاکر ان کی حقیقت کو واضح کیا ہے-جیساکہ عقیدہ ابنیت،عقیدہ تثلیث، عقیدہ کفارہ اور اس کے ساتھ ساتھ عیسی علیہ السلام کی پیش کردہ تعلیمات کی روشنی میں مذہب عیسائیت کی اصلاح کی کو شش کی گئی ہے اور یہ بات حقیقت پر مبنی ہے کہ کوئی بھی انصاف پسند عیسائی اس کے مطالعے کے بعد اپنی اصلاح کیے بغیر نہیں رک سکتا-اسی طرح سے عیسائیت کو تقویت کس طرح دی گئی اور جدید عیسائیت کا بانی کون ہے ؟اور اسی طرح سے دنیا میں رائج مختلف اناجیل وغیرہ کی تاریخ اور تحقیقی حیثیت کیا ہے؟ایسے موضوعات پر مدلل اور مصلحانہ انداز سے روشنی ڈالی گئی ہے-مکتبہ دارالسلام نے اس کتاب کی اہمیت کے پیش نظر اسے عربی،اردو اور انگریزی زبانوں میں شائع کیا ہے اور دنیا میں پائی جانے والی دیگر زبانوں میں بھی اس کتاب کو شائع کرنے کی امید ہے- -
پیغمبر اسلام صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنی حیات میں جہاں روحانی اور باطنی بیماریوں کے حل تجویز فرمائے وہیں جسمانی اور ظاہری امراض کے لیے بھی اس قدر آسان اور نفع بخش ہدایات دیں کہ دنیا چاہے جتنی بھی ترقی کر لے لیکن ان سے سرمو انحراف نہیں کر سکتی۔ زیر نظر کتاب حافظ ابن قیم کی شہرہ آفاق تصنیف ’زاد المعاد فی ہدی خیر العباد‘ کے ایک باب ’الطب النبوی‘ کا علیحدہ حصہ ہے جسے ایک کتاب کی شکل میں الگ سے طبع کیا گیا ہے۔ مولانا کا کہنا ہے کہ بہت سے لوگ دعا اور دوا کے سلسلے میں افراط کا شکار ہیں لیکن یہ دونوں نقطہ ہائے نظر تعلیمات نبوی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے میل نہیں کھاتے بیماری کے علاج کے لیے دعا اور دوا دونوں از بس ضروی ہیں۔ -
کسی بھی انسان کی شخصیت ہی ہے جو کسی دوسرے انسان کو اُسکے اچھے یا بُرے ہونے کا پتا دیتی ہے۔ موجودہ دور میں شخصیت کو بطور مکمل موضوع کے پڑھا اور پڑھایا جاتا ہے۔ زیرِ نظر کتاب میں شخصیت سازی کے ان تمام سنہرے اصولوں سے قاری کو روشناس کراگیا ہے جنہیں اپنا کر وہ نہ صرف اپنی شخصیت کو خوشگوار بنائیگا بلکہ اپنی زندگی میں بھی خوبصورت تبدیلی کا تجربہ کر پائیگا۔ اس کتاب کا مطالعہ تمام عمر کے مسلمانوں اور بلخصوص نوجوان مسلماموں کے لیے بے حد مفید ہے۔ -
`شکر` صفات حسنہ میں بہت اہمیت کا حامل ہے اور `توبہ` مغفرت کے وسائل میں ایک مؤثر ذریعہ ہے۔ شکر اور توبہ کی یہ دونوں کیفیات کسی بندہ مومن کو میسر آجائیں تو یہ ایک خوش نصیبی اور سعادت کی بات ہے۔ ہمیں اور بہت سی تعلیمات کی طرح ان دوبنیادی اوامر کی طرف کتاب و سنت میں جابجا توجہ دلائی گئی ہے۔ محترم بشیر احمد لودھی ایک نووارد مصنف ہیں، مگر ان کے قلم میں ایسی پختگی ہے جس کا تقاضا کتاب و سنت میں موجود ہے۔ انھوں نے اس مختصر مگر جامع کتاب کے ہر باب میں صرف اور صرف کتاب و سنت ہی کے چشمہ صافی سے رجوع کیا ہے، جس کے باعث ان کی یہ کتاب ایک طالب ہدایت کے لیے نسخہ شفا ہے۔ دارالسلام کے شعبئہ تحقیق نے اس کتاب کے حوالوں کی تخریج کر کے اسے چار چاند لگا دیے ہیں۔ اب یہ کتاب اپنے موضوع پر ایک سادہ اسلوب اور پختہ فکر کی نمائندگی کرتی ہے۔ عامتہ المسلمین انشا ءاللہ اس کے مطالعے کو اپنے لیے نافع اور مفید محسوس کریں گے۔ -
Attainment of the Happiness is a most valuable book on the topic of Islamic Monotheism. The very accomplished author of this book was very well-known Islamic scholar and jurist of the present day. Shaykh Salaah Al-Budair has chosen the ahadeeth in this book with due care and diligence. In order to compile thses ahadeeth, he has very meticulously studied almost the entire stock of hadith literature available. Like an expert gems dealer, Shaykh Salaah has chosen only those hadith for the purpose of explaining a particular topic, which were the most relevant in terms of their meanings and context. For this purpose, on some occasions a single hadith has been taken from many different books of Hadith. -
کسی قوم، معاشرے یا فرد کی کامیابی اور ناکامی کا دارومدار اس کے عقائد و نظریات پر ہوتا ہےقطع نظر اس کے وہ عقائد و نظریات صحیح ہیں یا غلط، جو قوم اپنے نظریات و افکار میں پختہ ہو وہی کامیاب ہوتی ہے۔ اگر عقائد و نظریات مستحکم اور صحیح ہوں تو دین و دنیا دونوں کی کامیابی مقدر ٹھہرتی ہے۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ تمام انبیائے کرام نے سب سے پہلے لوگوں کے عقائد و نظریات کی اصلاح کی اور اسلام نے بھی عقائد پر بہت زور دیا ہے اور پختہ عقائد کے بغیر اسلام کو نفاق کے درجے میں رکھاہے۔ عصرِ حاضر کے تقاضوں کو سامنے رکھتے ہوئے علمائے ربانی نے اسلام کے بنیادی عقائد و نظریات کے حوالے سے بے شمار کتابیں تحریر کی ہیں۔ زیر نظر کتاب، عالم عرب کے معروف قلم کار فضیلۃ الشیخ عبداللہ بن عبدلحمید اثری کی تالیف `الوجیز فی عقیدۃ السلف الصالح` کا اردو ترجمہ ہے۔ اس کتاب میں عقیدے کی تعریف و توضیح کے علاوہ 11 بنیادی اصول ذکر کیے گئے ہیں جن کا جاننا اہل اسلام کے لیے نہایت ضروری ہے۔ عقیدہ توحید اور ایمانیات کے مسائل کو صحابہ کرام ، تابعین اور محدثین کے فہم کی روشنی میں واضح کیا گیا ہے۔ کتاب کا اسلوب سادہ اور عام فہم ہے جو علماء، طلبہ اور عوام الناس کے لیے یکساں مفید ہے۔ -
بانی مملکت سعودی شاہ عبد العزیز بن عبد الرحمن آل سعو د 1886ء میں پید اہوئے ۔والدین نے ان کی تعلیم وتربیت کا بہترین انتظام کیا قرآن پاک اور ابتدائی دینی تعلیم الشیخ قاضی عبد اللہ ا لخرجی او راصول فقہ اور توحید کی تعلیم الشیخ عبد اللہ بن عبدالطیف سے حاصل کی ۔ جب گیارہ برس کے ہوئے تو شرعی علوم پر بھی مکمل دسترس حاصل کرچکے تھے ۔ریاض پر الرشید کے غلبہ کی وجہ سے شاہ عبدالعزیز اپنے والد گرامی کے ہمرا کویت چلے گئے۔شاہ عبد العزیز وہاں اپنے خاندان پر گزرنے والی مشکلات کے بارے میں سوچا کرتے تھےکہ ان کے والد کس طرح کویت میں جلاوطنی کی زندگی گزارنے پر مجبور ہوئے ۔ وہ ہمیشہ اپنے ملک کے بارے میں پریشان رہتے۔اس کی تعمیر وترقی کا خواب دیکھتے رہتے تھے ۔شاہ عبدالعزیز کے والد نے ان کی سیاسی تربیت اسے انداز سے کی کہ وہ لوگوں سے کامیابی کے ساتھ مکالمہ کرسکیں۔شاہ عبد العزیز نے اپنے والد گرامی کےسائے میں کویت میں صبرو سکون کے بڑی منطم زندگی گزاری۔انہوں نے 1902 میں اپنے چالیس جانثار کو ساتھ لے کر ریاض پر حملہ کر کے ریاض کو الرشید کے قبضہ سے آزاد کروایا ۔ جس سے مملکت سعودی عرب کا آغاز ہوا اور پر تھوڑے عرصہ میں پورے سعودی عرب پر شاہ عبد العزیز نےعدل وانصاف پر مبنی حکومت قائم کی ۔شاہ عبدالعزیز نے تیس سال تک مسلسل جدوجہدکی اور اپنی مملکت کی سرحدوں کو وہاں تک پہنچایا جوان کے آباؤ اجداد کے وقت میں تھیں۔ان کی کوششوں سے سعودی عرب صحیح اسلامی مملکت کے طور پر نمایا ں ہوا۔جس کی وجہ سے اللہ تعالی نے ان کو تیل کےذریعے دولت کی فراوانی سے مالامال کیا۔ غلبۂ اسلام کے لیے شاہ عبدالعزیز کی خدمات قابل تحسین ہیں ۔73سال کی عمر میں 1953ءکو طائف میں وفات پائی ۔ زیر نظر کتاب بحر اللہ ہزاروی کی تصنیف ہے جس میں انہوں نے شاہ عبد العزیزبن عبد الرحمن آل سعود کی بچپن سے جوانی اور سعودی عرب میں اسلامی حکومت قائم کرنے کے تفصیلی حالات کوبڑے احسن انداز میں تحریر کیا ہے ۔ کتاب کے مصنف نے طویل عرصہ سعودی عرب میں پاکستان کےسفارتی مشن میں خدمات انجام دیں اور 1993ء میں جامعہ کراچی سے ’’مملکت سعودی عرب میں اسلامی نظام اور عالم اسلام پر اس کے اثرات‘‘ کےعنوان پر پی ایچ ڈی کی ڈگری حاصل کی ۔سعودی عرب کی تاریخ اور آل سعود کے حالات وواقعات جاننے کےلیے یہ ایک منفرد کتاب ہے ۔ اللہ تعالی حکام سعودیہ کو دین حنیف کی خدمت کرنے اور اس پر قائم رہنے کی توفیق دے -
دعوتِ حق کیا ہے؟ اس کی تفصیلا ت قران مجید کی آیات مقدسہ اور رسول اللہ ﷺ کی احادیث مبارکہ میں موجود ہیں۔ ان کے مطالعے سے اندازہ ہوتا ہے کہ کتاب الہٰی کا مرکزی مضمون توحید اور دوعوت دین ہے جسے نبی کریم ﷺ نے اس قدر کاملیت اور جامعیت سے پیش کیا کہ آپ دین حق کے داعئ اعظم ہی کی حیثیت سے ہمارے سامنے آتے ہیں۔ حق یہ ہے کہ دعوت الی اللہ ہی وہ مقدس نصب العین ہے جسے آپ نے امت مسلمہ کے سپرد کیا ہے۔ امت مسلمہ اس دعوت حق کے تقاضوں کو کیسے جان سکتی ہے اور اس کے داعیوں میں وہ معیاری، داعیانہ صفات کیسے پیدا ہو سکتی ہیں؟ اس مختصر سی کتاب کا اصلی موضوع یہی ہے۔ دعوت دین اور داعیان حق کی صفات پر ہمارے اسلاف نے بہت عظیم الشان لٹریچر تیار کیا ہے۔ یہ مختصر او ر جامع کتاب اس پورے لٹریچر کا احاطہ کرتی ہے۔ اس کے مطالعے سے مقصد زندگی کا شعور اُبھرتا اور اس کے تقاضوں کو بروئے کار لانے کی بصیرت پیدا ہوتی ہے۔
